Crawford is so easily rattled. He HAS to make some big saves early or he loses all his confidence and net discipline. He'll start flopping around going for spectacular saves and lets in more goals.

Q has to play Emery right now. This team needs points anyway they can get them. I think it's becoming evident the team has no confidence in Crawford. They can't play the style they want to play when they are terrified of their goaltending. Add this to the offseason list for Stan

Crawford is locked up semi-handsomely for another two years, though. I don't know if they'll be able to bury him, especially because who knows the next CBA will hold in that regard.

There's probably not going to be a season next year, anyway.
