totally awesome. ive worked on kia's before, they are shit cars but that said they sure did hire a great marketing team

well thats good to hear. hopefully they upgraded their wheel bearings to something more significant then shopping cart type

i do agree hyundai has been good the last... well really the last decade. they are finally making some very long lasting cars

i think kia has started making quality cars for 3 years now..they used to be garbage now they are on par with audi/bmw and mercedes. the ten year 100 k warranty is great..i would buy an optima.

im sorry but there is no way thats true. i would take any one of those three over a kia. it would be international headline news if they have come that far in the last 10 years. mercedes? really? say what you want about the cost, those are some of the best cars you can buy

Your schtick gets tiring.

The point is that if Kia has started to create cars as good as a Mercedes at the price point they sell at they'd be all over that list. As ike pointed out, it would be all over the news if they matched up.

Someone who knows as much about cars as you realizes that the criteria includes value and intended function. That gives the volkswagen an advantage over a more expensive Mercedes.

If I offered you a free Mercedes or a free Kia you are choosing the Mercedes without question.

BTW,walking out to my car one night,there was a really sharp looking car parked next to it. I thought it was something expensive. It was an Optima. I can't attest to the mechanical parts of it,but it's a beautiful car.

I'm sure it's a decent car especially for the price but it's insane to think that any company could create cars at that price level equal to a good Mercedes.

i think the optima is better looking than the c class benz and i would take a loaded optima for 28k over the c class for 35k
