his dumb 5 minute video is him talking to big john "how does he have a radio job" howell and amy juggerson on that powerhouse 560am. it is appropriate he is on a god awful show. all they talked about for 6 minutes was lance briggs. nothing that hasn't been said by every other sports show on the score and espn.

all in all the usual shitfest from nort. guess the rivers casino turned him down for a gig. i bet he is trying to get some remote set up from there. hey mikey, any bites on your pondfront property in park ridge? has bebe(COO/superagent/cooking star) signed any new talent? are you in touch with jen jen? will you buy a house from her in Phoenix? do you really think your youtube videos are good?

So today I was offered a share (20%) of a condo in vegas. 2 BR, 2 BA for a whopping $75K in a casino high rise. Yes, the whole cost was 75K, thus 15K to buy in.

That is well below construction costs.

Developers/Banks will let these deals go if they are approached with cash offers. They dont want to remove the unit from the market. They dont want appraisals, bank loan approvals, etc etc Lawyers, all to be then told NO DEAL and they spent $2G on Bullshit.

However, they do want people paying the assessments! and Cash buyers will pay!

We did not do it. Guessing Mike North did though to the tune of about $600K worth.

Timeshares in Vegas. I don't know about anyone else,but any timeshare always seemed dumb to me. You have 1/10th (or whatever) ownership of a glorified hotel room. When I go to Vegas or anywhere else,I just want a nice room and I'll pay for it when I need it. How do you see a "profit" in real estate in a time share especially in 2011? Good Luck to anyone getting roped into that.

Supposedly there is a competing syndicated show by the same people who put together the Dan Patrick show. Staring Artie Lange and Nick Dipolo. It was suppose to start at the end of Sept. Maybe it got shelved.

regarding North and Dribble I can't imagine that show having any chance of success.

I remember listening to the Mike North Morning Shitfest (Stern must have been on commercial), shortly after the Cub signed Mark DeRosa. Pappy nominated Albert Pujols for HGH player of the day, complete with the "I'm not saying, I'm just saying" routine. Ten minutes later, DeRosa is on the phone, and Pappy the Red-Nosed Racist says to him, "Aint it unfair how peoples just trow dem steroid accusations out dere, with no proof?", or something to that effect. It was if he was completely unaware that he just did the same thing.

I've heard North on with Lincoln Kennedy (not Rob Dibble) this week on Fox Sports Radio starting at 9:00pm. They make it sound as if it is their show and their time slot. It makes my ears bleed btw.

Randomly caught them on the ride home from the bowling league. The schtick tonight was you have to declare a college football team outside of the state you live in that you will follow, and then when you call back next week, they'll ask you some questions about how the game was.
