That's all well and good but I'd rather see them do it in May. That's all. It was an exciting win last night and I enjoyed it, but c'mon man...this is the same team that got the shit kicked out of them at home by New Jersey on 2/18.

Do it when it counts. That's all.

Agreed. The Heat are still the favorite over the Bulls in a 7-game series. Last night's win means nothing in the long run.

Last year IN THE REGULAR SEASON,the Bulls owned Miami. 'nuff said.

Also,DRose scores 32 points but he seems to do it with a terrible shooting %.
Last night.little JL3 showed him how it's done.

It's a good thing you bolded, italicized and increased the font size on this phrase. Without it, the concept that the Bulls beat the Heat sans Rose would have been missed by most.

Will your position change if the Heat beat the Bulls in a playoff series?

Taking a one game result and extrapolating some sweeping conclusion as a result is pretty silly.

Didn't the Bulls win all the regular season matchups last year?
Didn't mean shit in the playoffs.

Has Rose ever scored while a basket while LeBron was guarding him?

Luke 3 needs to show him that step fadeaway

JLIII has more killer instinct than Rose. He didn't get scared of Lebron.

I really think LeBron is in Rose's head

I was obviously being facetious with my previous post, but I agree with you about Lebron being in Rose's head.

He just tightens up and becomes much more tentative when James is up in his face.

Right. I know you were kidding. But yeah Rose needs to get over that hump.

I'm reserving judgement until someone can tell me how the Bulls did last year in the regular season vs. the Heat

Obviously the answer is to bench D. Rose in the playoffs. JL3!

As great as the Bulls have been on the road the last 2 years under Tom Thibodeau, I'm not so sure the Bulls can steal a win (or 2) in Miami like they did in the regular season a year ago. In fact, the Heat could've easily blown the Bulls out of AmericanAirlines Arena in the first meeting between the two teams the way that first game started in late January.

We can knock the guy all we want, but LeBron James was a different kind of closer in the NBA Eastern Conference Finals a year ago. He absolutely, positively confused Derrick Rose when head coach Erik Spoelstra put #6 on #1 defensively. Besides, let's also not forget that Dwyane Wade nearly stole that game Wednesday night when he scored 19 of his 36 in the 4th quarter. They've also proven to me that they can win on the road themselves.

Do I want to see the Heat hoist the Larry O'Brien Trophy? Not a chance. I think the edge they have over the Bulls isn't just on the court, but I think they have a psychological edge, too. ESPECIALLY WHEN IT MATTERS come playoff time should they rematch in the Conference Finals...

Lebron is also older and fully mature. Rose still has a growing body. And he was hurt in the playoffs. A healthy rose can beat james. Just wait guys. Just wait.

I agree with this, but he needs to get healthy. Deng included. This is becoming an issue.

It does suck, but i just hope they both figure out how to be ready come playoff time.... they both just go full throttle no matter what and it seems to be to a fault because of all their little injuries

LeBron is not in Derrick Rose's head. Rose just needed more time seeing him. LeBron is the best all around defender in basketball and bigger and just as fast as Rose. It'd be silly to say Tony Allen is in Dwyane Wade's head if he held him in check for a few games. Plus Rose had a bum wheel last year. Anyone who thinks the Heat are clearly better than the Bulls is paying too much attention to last year's results and/or not paying enough attention to the league in general.
