Let's get them all in one place so we can make fun of ourselves celebrating a World Series championship in 2015!

Randy Wells is going to win 12 games. 3.95 ERA with a WHIP of 1.29

Soriano turns it around under the tutelage of Rudy Jaramillo and finally returns to the 40/40 form that Hendry envisioned when he signed him

I already have the early June winning streak montage playing in my head. Just when they look like they are out of it they come roaring back!! Soriano with a huge 3 run HR to win a game in the bottom of the 9th after a blown save starts it all off. It ends with Castro making a crazy diving catch to rob the winning hit up in Milwaukee. There is an obligatory shot of the Tribune with a headline "No June Swoon for Cubs"

I think .500 is a realistic stretch goal for this team. Probably not going to happen, but anywhere close to it coupled with the development of Rizzo, Jackson etc is a successful year

There are plenty of other threads for the boring realism that is the Cubs march to 5th place. But this is the thread where I guarantee that Marmol breaks K-Rod's 62 saves record this year

Look at my Randy Wells thoughts! Disappointed in IMU for not backing me up or one upping me. We are charter members of his ALS

Cubs will have 3 separate 10 game winning streaks.
Wood will not go on the DL.
Marmol only hits 3 batters all year and does follows each hit batsman up with strikeouts to end the inning.

This thread contains way to many bad sports thoughts, so we will just exclude it from that thread.

Anthony Rizzo will be the starting first baseman by June 1, and he will finish the season with 30 HRs.

Jeff Samardzija out-pitches everyone in the rotation except for Matt Garza.
