If you have the vids on a digital format, (mpeg4 for example) it should be quite easy. In the photos area, there should be an option to upload either photos or videos. Click upload video. If it's the right type of file format, it'll be no problem and self explanatory. If it isn't, you'll have to go to a file conversion site such as DivX and download DivX converter or something like that.
