I don't remember if I had ever been to Katie O's before Dec 2010. Now if I'm ever by that area, I go to Katie O's or Tommy Nevin's...depending on how far south we want to go. The Houlihans on 59 and 95th is also pretty nice...especially in the summer.

By the way, when I was here...the food was average or below...and the beers were tasty. A couple shitty ones, but all and all it was okay.

The crowd is mostly older folks though....35-50. And there was some dude singing country-western versions of songs... He covered a Sublime song I remember...not sure which one...probably Santeria. Either way...did not sound like Sublime.
