Just got home from the game. This was the worst I've seen this team look in a couple of years. Passing was pathetic. Handling was terrible. The power play looks like a drunk with whiskey dick.

Devils tonight in Newark. We don't see much of the Devils, so it's hard to really have a lot of thoughts on them. I don't think they run the trap as well or as often as they used to, though they're still pretty stout defensively. Decent offensive weapons with Parise, Kovalchuk, and yes Patrick Elias is still there. Adam Henrique is a ROTY candidate. Fatass Brodeur is still there. Watch out for getting dragged to overtime: 11 of their 42 wins are by shootout, and another 15 are only by one goal.

Emery is sick and/or hurt, Carter Hutton likely to back up a once again shitty Corey Crawford. Marcus Kruger is back in the lineup, so I guess it wasn't a third concussion he incurred after all. Travis Zajac is back for NJ; I guess he's been out like all year.
