The Two Brothers Tap House tapped this batch on September 13th. I have already filled three growlers of this stuff. Es muy delicioso.

I heart fresh beer.

Two Brothers just released the Red Eye Coffee Porter, as part of their 15 beers for 15 years, celebrating 15 years of brewing. This beer had been retired for a few years.

I had a couple at the pub yesterday, and brought home a growler to drink this weekend.

This would have been a helpful option last Saturday...

Anywhoo, I do like a good coffee stout (Sam Adams makes a decent one), I think I could get into this.

This won't be around long. There is a 2 bottle limit per customer for take out, at the pub. I would assume you could pick this up at Binny's.

Usually, 2Bros won't fill growlers of the small batch releases, but they are for this one.

I believe Boyd now resides near the WI border in Gurnee. Sounds like a fun event though. I used to
go to Beer Fest in Madison, WI which was outside and there were usually around 200 booths under
tents. Free cabs to anywhere in the city when you wanted to leave.

That looks delicious. Have you tried Lagunitas Brewery's Cappuccino Stout? Also excellent and it's an 8% ABV if i remember correctly

Binny's should have both Stone Russian Imperial Stout and Alesmith Speedway Stout. Try them both, they are my benchmarks for killer stouts.

I dropped a bottle of this last night in my garage as I was getting my laptop out of my car :x Luckily it was still in a bag so I didn't have glass all over my garage. I did teach the neighbor kids some new swear words though.

On my list to try 8)

I purchased a six pack of Left Hand Brewing Company's Milk Stout over the weekend. Pretty decent. I'm no beer snob and am learning much about how a beer should taste, but it sure beats the other Heinekins left over in my fridge that I couldn't stomach anymore. Also had Three Floyd's Black Sun. :D :drunken:

Wife and I went over to Two Brothers Brewing Company today in Warrenville. I took the tour but my wife wasnt feeling well and she sat in the bar and waited for me...Thought the tour was pretty fun...Got three tickets after the tour for three free samples...I got the Domaine DuPage and the Cain and Ebel...Wife wanted to try the Cinnamom Root Beer...I like both of the beers and the root beer was an interesting taste...It was nice to try something other than Guinness and Blue Moon...Might have to pick up some Two Brothers at Binny's sometime.

The Naperville Binny's had 9.5 cases on the floor. They now have 9.

Love Two Brothers stuff. My favorite is Cain and Ebel. Domaine Dupage and Ebelweiss are also excellent. Nice part about them is you can usually find Domaine and Ebel's at Jewel

I'm officially done with Blue Moon after this weekend. The taste..I am now over it. It doesn't do anything for me anymore.

I'll drink it if it is about the only choice at some bars. Otherwise I'm with you. Kinda meh about it.

Yep, I have tons of those types of bars around me where Blue Moon is the "high end" beer.

That's why I never purchase Blue Moon at stores.

Totally different. That is done to mask the skunk....however if you get corona out of the can or on tap the lime is not necessary as it tastes tremendously better. Why anyone puts beer in a clear bottle is beyond me. The orange in the Blue moon is to accent it or some shit like that.

I find your thought process to be counter intuitive, contradictory, somewhat prejudiced and definately poorly thought out. In other words I like it.
