Injuries suck! An achilles especially. I can't feel too sorry for the Eagles though.

Eagles T Peters ruptures Achilles tendon
Published March 30, 2012
Sports Network

Philadelphia, PA – The Philadelphia Eagles announced on Friday that starting left tackle Jason Peters ruptured the Achilles tendon in his right leg.

The injury occurred while Peters was training on Tuesday in Texas.

Surgery to repair the tendon is scheduled for April 2.

Peters, a five-time Pro Bowl selection and four-time All-Pro choice, has started 42 games at left tackle for the Eagles over the past three seasons since coming over from the Bills in an April 2009 trade.

In addition, Philadelphia re-signed tackle King Dunlap to a one-year deal. He played in 12 games last season, including two starts.

ya. that sucks. Left Tackle no less...and as Jerry Angelo taught us...there is no vineyard where such players are produced.

The Cowboys have their own problems thats for sure. They are starting to morph into my cub fan-dumb of "wait til next year".

Philadelphia Eagles left tackle Jason Peters has re-ruptured his left Achilles tendon, according to CSNPhilly’s Derrick Gunn.

Peters was maneuvering his Roll-A-Bout in his kitchen when the device broke. He fell on his face and re-ruptured his Achilles tendon, according to a league source.

At first glance I thought this said he was maneuvering his Roll-A-Blunt...
