Opening band I had never heard of- Hospitality. They seemed like a nice bunch of college kids, like they met in an advanced English Lit class or a Shakespeare seminar. The sounded sort of like Television if they were being fronted by Sinead O'Connor and Verlaine and Lloyd forgot how to play guitar. That's not as bad as it sounds. The had a bunch of good songs and rocked pretty good. They just aren't the kind of band that ever cuts loose.

Wild Flag was as good as I expected them to be. The gals rocked it hard. Full on guitar rave-up on "Glass Tambourine". One of the encores was a Ramones-style "Do Ya Wanna Dance?" Good times.
