I would fire all but a few cast members. The problem with Keenan is:
#1 I have seen Good Burger
#2 he is not funny more than he is funny and
#3 His not funny moments are so awful that they heavily outweigh his funny moments.

Keenan isn't even the least funny guy on the show. I wish someone would stick Fred Armissan in a cannon and shoot him to Uranus.

His Sharpton skit had me in tears and I like the "What's up with that" skit.

I really don't like Kristen Wiig. One of the least funny female cast members since Molly Shannon. Jan Hooks, Cheri O'Teri, Rachel Dratch, Ana Gasteyer, Amy Poehler, Jenny Slate, and Nasim Pedrad are all funnier. Hell, I'd even consider Finesse Mitchell's "Starkeshia" character a funnier castmember than Kristen Wiig.

Even though I find him sometimes funny, Andy Sandberg needs a kick in the teeth.

He needs to be banned from making movies. The new one with him and Sandler looks like it could be the worst ever.

andy samberg is used wrong on SNL. with his lonely island guys, he's awesome.

It seems like they write characters for each cast member who acts a certain way. Andy speaks loudly in a monotone voice, Kristin smiles to the camera, Fat White Guy makes fart noises w/ his mouth, Middle Eastern Chick yells, Bill Hader is a sex offender, etc.

That drunken uncle skit on the news update sucked and went on too long. This show is more down than up. I loved the first skit with Romney. That was great. So was the "I'm not gay" pants. Eberything else was "meh" at best.

IMO, Jason Sudeikis is the sole reason for watching SNL.

I also agree with UMN that Keenan Thompson is awful and has been awful since he was a kid.

Jay Pharoah is MUCH funnier and I'd prefer that he'd be moved up to the "Garrett Morris Slot" on SNL.

And why does there have to be a "Garrett Morris Slot" anyway? Why can't SNL just hire funny people regardless of race?
