Scott Hall was arrested on Friday on domestic battery charges after girlfriend Lisa Howell told police that the former wrestling star had attacked her.
However, Howell is refusing to press charges so the case may not move forward.
Police were called at about 5 p.m. on Friday regarding a domestic disturbance, and Howell told them Hall had been drinking for days and the two argued. She got into her car to leave and claimed Hall grabbed her by the throat and tried to pull her out of the car.
When police arrived, they described Hall as appearing to be heavily intoxicated with white secretion coming out of both sides of his mouth. Hall denied doing anything physical to Howell, however Howell had red marks around her neck consistent with being grabbed around the throat.
When he arrived at the police station, they believed him to be so drunk that they first brought him to the hospital.
Hall was released on Saturday on $500 bond.
