I really wanted to dislike Happy Endings but I like it.

I'm not enjoying Modern Family as much as I used to. The same characters get in essentially the same predicaments every episode. I'd like to see Mitchell and Cam not roll their eyes at each other in the little asides and not commit some massive faux pas, Claire not freak out over control issues, or Phil not be so Micheal Scott-y every episode.

Has Gloria's voice/accent gotten more exaggerated since season 1? Like they don't know what else to do with her so they just had her do that?

Compared to most other shows it's still funny and cleverly written and I know certain characters do certain things, but it seems too repetitive...if that makes any sense.

That absolutely makes sense.

And the sad thing is that even being repetitive, its still miles better than almost any other network sitcom.
