Depending on location, I would be in. I'll bring an extra 7 iron for WZ.

I'd be a maybe depending on date and location. It is a bit of a haul for me to
play an afternoon of golf when I can play for $5 a round close to home.

$5? It would cost more to drive there each time. From across the street.

Looks like 4-21 is out for me. 4-28 is still on the table though.

Won a free membership for all Kenosha Co. courses at a tournament last year. All I have to do is
pay $5 anytime I want to play 18 holes.

I hate you  I had free golf one summer at a course and it was glorious. It made golfing after work great too because I wouldnt care if I only got a few holes in before dark.

Ok. So lets shoot for the 21st say mid-late morning at a course in the west or sw burbs. I'll start working the phones later this week to see what I can get, or I'll just use golfnow.com

Sorry Chris, we'll do something in the summer in the afternoon I'm sure

As it turns out I've got a dinner thing I need to be at around 5, so Saturday morning works out for me. I'll check golfnow and see if there are still some decent spring rates out there and then post here.

Keep an eye on the weather before you book on golfnow. The seven day forecast shows rain at the end of the week.

Looking at doing Tamarack in Naperville on Saturday, $35 and I'm gonna try to get a tee time around 9am.

Chus, Ugie, and I so we still have another spot open for anybody that wants to join us.

Bring a lot of balls. Lots and lots of water on that course and most of the fairways have a lot of slope on them - right into all of the water.

By the time Frank makes the turn on this course and he's lost 16 balls in the water, he'll be as silent as Hawk in the 8th inning of an 10-run blowout. :P
