I have to point out one thing here. A big piece of evidence here is that Juggs said some pretty messed up things to Hoffy. Normally, that would make sense. However, Juggs seemed to be created and used to say messed up and awkward things to people. Therefore, why would it be surprising if the owner did the same thing to their own account? I'm not going to say that Hoffy was Juggs, but I also won't say Hoffy wasn't Juggs because it made strange posts towards him.

If one of the "strong" pieces of evidence that supposedly supports it being CLH is that Juggs made fun of CLH, then doesn't that same suspicion have to go for anyone else that Juggs makes fun of?

Meaning OKC, Spaulding, CLH, and all of the others that Juggs has messed with.

Another fact to keep in mind: Juggs was not created at first to attack Cairo. First it was just a weird female mult making lists.

Yeah, my point isn't that it's OKC or spaulding - I'm saying that's weak evidence for CLH, that's all.

Originally, Juggs was specifically designed to answer a post by Huffy's mult. Since then it has had interesting interactions with the Huffy family. Your reasoning would be more sound had Juggs been created to answer a post by Spaulding or OKC or one of their known mults.

There is a lot more evidence of CLH though.

It just seems like that CLH is the most likely choice given the evidence provided, but I haven't been involved in the PM investigation so I don't know who the other suspects are.
