It was a long time ago so I don't remember exactly, but North got aggressive with Isiah in the interview. North has his ideas about hoops. He overvalues the skills he believes he has. He tried to frame the discussion as if he was a guy who played the game. Huh? Obviously airtime is going to cost more when you provide more eyeballs.

I suppose if you want to use such ratings to compare the Bulls and the Hawks who have very similar schedules at the same time of the year, it may be germane. I certainly don't think the Bulls are more popular than either Chicago baseball team.

Cubs, Sox, and Bulls are probably interchange based on current success of the teams. Right now, both baseball teams have zero prospects for this season, so I would rank them below Bulls.

From a % of games watched of a total season (for any particular individual) I would think the Bulls and Hawks get more views than the Cubs and Sox. I certainly watch more Hockey and Basketball than Baseball...and I'm more of a fan of Baseball than Hockey and Basketball....
However, if you asked some random girl off the street who her favorite Chicago Sports Team is, the answer will be Cubs or Bears 90% of the time, depending on the season.

Let me point out once again, that the championship with by far the least amount of randomness to it is the college football championship known as the BCS. Would Bernstein say that is better than the significantly more random NFL playoffs?
