I think Juggs' is actually someone who is friends with Kid, but won't reveal himself because of the possible ramifications. I think it was supposed to be a joke that ended up going way too far, and now he's in way to deep to get out now.

What I dont understand is why there is no explanation for killing other mults and not Juggs. Other mults have been far less annoying and had far less worthwhile things to say, yet they have been killed. While it would be nice if he said who Juggs is, an explanation of why he is the message board version of Brendan Shanahan would be nice.
