Within the first 2 minutes of the Fox 25th Anniversary special we see a clip from New Girl. This is as bad as when a band releases a greatest hits album with 2 new singles. Keep it.

Must be cross-promotion or a chronological timeline of FOX over the years...Besides, Zooey Deschanel's kinda cute... :D

I have a question when they started the night, they said they were showing the Pilots of Married with Children and the Simpsons.

On the Simpsons, they showed the Christmas Episode, but I thought when Bart cheated on the IQ test and got moved to another school was the first episode.

"Married...with Children" debuted the year FOX started, and that's 1987. "The Simpsons" was originally part of another show, "The Tracey Ullman Show", but didn't debut on its own until 1989. I think that was the idea.

According to Wikipedia, the first episode was the Christmas Episode.

"The Simpsons"? That looks about right, Reents. Back in the day, "Married...With Children" & "The Tracey Ullman Show" were it on FOX's schedule.

The episode where the family got Santa's Little Helper. Or Santos L. Halper from the episode where Bart got a credit card.

The episdoe where they get Santa's little helper, I just always thought it was the one where Bart cheated on the IQ test and did some experiment that blew up the school.
