He's no longer Metta World Peace in my book. He's Ron Artest.

Once Walton talks, he can't, he can't, he can't stop.

Well, Bill wasn't sure he had more time for those two goofs, but after Matt Rodewald and the legal ID, the hoops talk will continue. Rodie, tough act to follow...

Walton said the Spurs are young. Then two sentences later, he's opining for Popovich to win COTY because he took this aging team to a successful season.

Thursdays at 5?

It sounds like an early "WYC" candidate, but Gregg Popovich has been just as good as Tom Thibodeau managing all the injuries. Right now, the Spurs are 2 games ahead of the Thunder for the #1 seed out West.

Walton is priceless.

Dan keeps trying to steer the conversation to no avail.

Bill Walton's storytelling abilities allow him to paint a picture with colors that don't even exist. Imagine the stories he would tell about Yaz if he sat in with Hawk for a half inning.

I got two of those Grateful Dead Lithuanian basketball t-shirts. I liked it so much that I never wore it.

I loved it. never knew the story behind Lithuania's jerseys. Interesting stuff. I could listen to Walton all day.

He is fun for a short period of time once in awhile, but any more than that and you would be ready to stab your eardrum with a pencil

I would love to hear him on when he's not trying to plug something (even though it was hilarious). I'd bet they wouldn't have too much trouble getting him on during the playoffs or something...

Hayes sounds well spoken, appears to have some semblance of a thought in his head.

It was painful.

It was boring.

It may just be the tone of Walton's voice, but it was putting me to sleep.
