It was painful.

It was boring.

It may just be the tone of Walton's voice, but it was putting me to sleep.

I've never been a fan of Walton as a broadcaster but I do admire, and envy, the fact that he was able to overcome his stuttering to not only speak pretty fluently but to become a broadcaster. That's probably part of the reason he never shuts up now -- to make up for all the times as a kid when he didn't talk because he had such a difficult time doing so.

I enjoyed the interview with Bill Walton. He's got a "Lust for Life", that's for sure...

HATED Bill Walton as a broadcaster, like him as a storyteller, but had to PTFB today after the 13th time he mentioned "minimally invasive surgery."

Well, he couldn't help but promote his appearance at Rush University Medical Center during his 20 minutes or so with "B & B".

Yeah, I'll podcast later but I know what to expect. Maybe he dropped some drop-worthy sound like he did last time they had him on.

Dammit, forced hockey talk. Stop pretending to know what you're talking about and just move on, please.

Frank Thomas after Rodie's 3p "Scoreboard Update".

Sweet, another day of reading directly from Street and Smith football preview about guys that will be on NFL practice squads next year. Glad I don't have to stop at Jewel on the way home to read it and then not buy it.

This might be one of the best segments the guys do. It's just an excuse to play hilarious drops.

Throw the jew down the well!

I was surprised to hear Sabonis may have been the greatest player ever.

Reminiscing about life in Bourbonais is something that should be incorporated weekly. Such a strange place. So close to home.

It was neat to hear him transition everything into that - artful even.

I loved it.

I just listened to the podcast. Awesome. It's very difficult not to like Walton. Loved the basketball discussions too. Cool hearing old time ex athletes talk about their heyday.

However, I do find it interesting that Walton named Wilt as the most physically gifted player he ever saw. He squashed Bernstein's potential Lebrawn love fest.

Personally, the most physically gifted player I've ever seen was Shawn Kemp.
