Probably. It's stretch for the Browns, but one they almost had to make. They got the clear, not even close, #1 RB and the 4th best QB. Maybe it works in a couple years. Pittsburgh is on the downturn (at least slightly), Cinncy is potentially a disaster. Could work.

Bring Jerry back.

Where did you hear this? The first thing I heard him say was his ability to play on every down.

Including 4th on special teams.

I'm just bitter for Whitney. He's probably fine.

I don't think I agree about Pitt. I think they are still one of the best teams in the league.

I think they have a couple of really good years in them, don;t get me wrong. But Polamalu is on the verge of playing every other down or early retirement due to injuries. The rest of their defense is not getting younger. Ben is kinda in the same situation as Polamalu and will have exactly no one to throw to in about 18 months.

I did like their pick tonight though.

FWIW, I read that the Patriots and Packers were high on McClellin.

Scouting report from CBSSports.com:

Strengths: Plays fast with very good football quickness and agile footwork. A high effort and energy rusher who plays with obvious passion and intensity -- relentless and tenacious motor. Fast in pursuit with good chase skills to track down the action. Good get-off momentum and anticipation -- instinctive defender who locates the ball quickly. Extremely active and plays with an aggressive playing nature and attitude -- self-starter and strong finisher. Country strong and very physical, welcoming contact. Fights and works hard to find a way to beat blockers -- disruptive with a nose for the ball. Versatile defensive player with experience at LB, DE and other hybrid front-seven positions. A creative pass rusher, using a variety of moves and techniques

"Country strong"

Patriots have shown why they have dominated for so long, 2 studs in the first round #Winning. Browns trade up 1 spot and give up a ton, then draft Weeden, who will be ready to retire, if he actually develops.

Patriots have exactly 2 picks left.

In the whole draft. And they are both tomorrow.

Don't forget Leshoure and Liuget. 4 top 2 round picks in 2 years and 2 bowl wins.

Zook should have been untouchable.

More first round picks than any other team in the conference over the past five years.

Still on the board.

No one has ever claimed that NIU is a top 10 program nationally in either sport. That would be crazy.
