I think Sansa is one of the best characters in the book. I'm only at the begining of book 3, but I expect big things from her.

But, then again, I expect huge things from a lot of the characters so we'll see how many come to fruition.

I thought they half assed Renly's death. Its much cooler in the book the way its described. In the book, he is fully armored and the blood pretty much explodes out of all the cracks in the armor and his mouth. That would've been much cooler than the way they showed it last night.

I think you're probably right about Meera and Jojen being dropped...especially after last night's scene with Bran talking about his green dreams. If those two were gonna be in the show, they would've been there for that.

have not read the books ..but all i have seen is from day 1 she chose joffrey over her family and doing the right thing.. she got the butcher boy killed and a wolf...ned stark was my favorite character and i did not like how he recanted the truth only to be killed instantly after recanting thanks to his dumb ass daughter. all the stark children are likable characters except the red head.

yeah, she made a big mistake when she lied about Joffrey, but she was a 13 year old girl who was in love. Mistakes happen.

Ever since then she has woken up and has grown up and matured quite a bit. She managed to out wit Joffrey and save Ser Dontos at the start of this season, she's definitely changed and become a lot smarter since that fateful day on the Trident.

You can't blame her for Ned's death, she was trying to save him.

I liked the episode a lot. I have no idea how they are going to handle the Battle of the Blackwater. It was one of the few times in the book that one of the POV characters is directly involved in a major battle. The Whispering Wood and other Robb Stark battles happen in the background and are just talked about so the show can get away with not showing it. A ton of action takes place soon and I hope they didnt blow the budget showing Khalessi teach the dragon to cook his meat last night.
