Don't know whom that was. I'm just going by something I read 40 years ago.

Found this list:

Crusader from a What if comic. She was the daughter of Rogue and Captain America. And Conan did as well in a what if comic. If alternate universes count. Also does Jake Olson count as well?

This is the list I found on the Marvel Wiki

Earth-616 reality
Beta Ray Bill
Odin
Red Norvell
Steve Rogers operating as US Agent
Thunderstrike Eric Masterson.

Superman Temporary grant by Thor
Wonder Man
Bor
Alternate Reality (Non-canon)
Conan the Barbarian
Crusader (Sarah Rogers) from Earth-9811
Dargo Ktor
Hulk
Magni Thor's son.
Woden Thor's son from the Guardians of the Galaxy ( Earth-691) future.
Tiwaz
Wonder Woman

Pretty awesome! The action was damn near unstoppable, and the hulk easily steals the show.

I saw it this morning with my son. The Barrington theater was packed like it was a Saturday night (almost). The Avengers is a great accomplishment with excellent writing which included a lot of humor. The action was first rate BUT....the alien attack was unimaginative and weak. The final part of the movie borrows a lot from Transformers and even the first Ghostbusters. It still was entertaining but I thought maybe teaming Loki with M.O.D.O.K. along with Aim and Hydra would have been the way to go. The aliens look like something from The Power Rangers TV show. Overall,I give it 4 stars out of 5. Great escapism.

AVENGERS ASSEMBLE!!!!!

Just back. Great movie lots of action from the get go. Long movie but did not feel that way because of the great pacing. All the characters get their time to shine on screen. Hulk steals the movie in two scenes. The only bad thing was not enough Hawkeye. It is a typical super-hero plot but I did not care. The 3 way fight between Thor-Capt and Ironman was way cool.Lots of one-liners from every one,the Hulks was the best though. The action was good. Someone said before if this movie was done a few years ago they would not have attacked New York but another fictitious named city. Not true, Marvel has always used real place names unlike D.C.. I like the villains, Loki was good and the aliens where adiquite.

Did every one stay for the now obligatory after credits set up? The next bad guys are gonna be epic!

Also, lots of nice ass shots of Paltrow,Johannsen and Smulders.

Chap,
Read my review. I didn't like the whole "Alien" thing but loved the movie. I thought Thor had the funniest one-liner in referring to his "brother".

the aliens are straight out of the comic.
Best one liner was Hulk referring to Loki.

exactly. plus, it's not like anything's going to change between now and when the film actually comes out. so whether you know or not won't make a difference...especially if you didn't like the first movie. it's not like that 5 second clip you just waited 2 and a half hours for is going to make you go, "well shit...gotta see that one then."

Just got back from seeing it...pretty damn good I'd say...believe I saw someone else post that Hulk steals the show...so true...although Iron Man does pretty well for himself as well...

...no idea who the guy in the first post credits thing was, so that did nothing for me...

...the second one though...I thought that was perfect...theater went nuts for that.

So, what do we get now? I know an Iron Man 3 and Thor 2 are in the works and obviously another Avengers is planned...can't see them trying to do a Hulk movie again, no? And what can Captain America possibly do now that he's stuck in modern time?

Captain America will fight the evil Mexicans, who are trying to take our freedom by wanting to be American.

I hope the next one has She-Hulk & Tigra.

Here's a hint: They never found Bucky's body after he fell off that train, did they?

Smulders stole the show IMHO. Paltrow has never been attractive, IMHO. Johannsen's outfit didn't really promote her body enough. Smulders, however....smokin' hot.
