They don't do it much any more but back when I first registered here B&B often referred to their listeners as "retards." Since I was (and still am) a listener, by default that made me a retard.

In hindsight it was not my best choice for a board moniker, especially because I have a nephew who is severely developmentally challenged

We did the epoxy when we finished the basement - it's worked great.

Also, we put in drain tile close to the house since there was a slope to the yard that fed to the house. Doing these two things ran about a grand and have had no issue since.

Only because of some spam in this section was I alerted to the Epoxy you used.

funny thing is that the US waterproofing now uses the product that I have always used, but they have an exclusive agreement now with the manufacturer of the epoxy, with the exception of prior purchasers. I am just guessing they know anyone can learn to do it and charge much less, so they needed the exclusive on the products.

The epoxy, if applied right is amazing stuff. I actually kind of enjoy doing this stuff myself, it's like surgery.

You responded to a post from a SPAM post, which is always a sign of high intellect.

I then went to delete the post from the spammer and will then delete the actual account.

Once I deleted the post from the SPAM, your reponse to a post that no longer existed was even lamer than the response, thus I deleted your post that then had nothing to do with nothing.

of course then you feel the need to comment on the absence of your essay of thought, which then usually gets supported by the same thinktank members.

The epoxy works and it is still available BF if you know the right people. Even with the epoxy though you need drain tile. If the hydrostatic pressure doesn't have relief it will continue to cause foundation issues.
