I don't like Braun at all, but just behind the kidney in the exposed lower back is one of the more painful places to take a 90 mph fastball.

I like what Miguel Cabrera does when he sees one coming at him, dips his shoulder and takes it in the upper arm.
Course, probably helps that Cabrera's drunk too.
