I'd also like to make a dishonorable mention for the Crippler Crossface. Even though it and it's user has a tarnished reputation, it was still an excellent move.

Some of the moves selected are not finishers. The People's Elbow was not the Rock's finisher. The Rock Bottom was. The Frankensteiner was not a finisher. Even the Spinebuster, while a really cool move by Arn was never really a finisher.

Tully Blanchard's slingshot suplex was a pretty good one that I have not seen mentioned yet
