I'm really hoping that Will Ferrell comes out and says this was all just a bit. They wanted to mess with people and never had any intentions of making the movie.

I don't think it will have any impact on how good/bad the movie will be. I'm sure Brick will only be used for "flavor" as he was in the first. The ad used too much of him.

The previews for the first one were painful. He went on his tour in character and I couldnt help but change the channel every time I saw it. Give it a chance.

The only thing I noticed about this trailer was that they all looked like shit. Otherwise there's nothing much to glean from this until an official non-teaser's released.

the first one was barely scripted. most of the lines were made up on the fly. its rare when that works, but when it does it can be the funniest shit. thats why the first one was so great. you cant repeat that though. i would be shocked if the 2nd one is even watchable. i bet it will be god awful.
