Boden suggests that the tardiness of Duhon and Wallace could be a "distraction" that affects the outcome of the game tonight? He said the last time Wallace was late (game 3) "we know how that worked out" and now suggests that the tardiness today might be a distraction. He said we'll have to see what effect it has tonight.

Boden thinks it's even a possibility that any other Bulls player would be distracted by this? If so, then that's an indictment of those Bulls players. I don't buy Boden's suggestion for a minute.

Should these guys be on time? Absolutely. Is being punctual important for professionals? Yes. Are the meetings they were late for important? Absolutely. Should they be fined so they get the message? Perhaps. But is any other Bulls player so unprofessional and so weak that they would allow this to distract them in any way? I certainly hope not... and if so, that says a helluva lot about the mental weakness of those other Bulls players. I certainly wouldn't suggest that is even a possibility for them, as Boden is intimating. I have a lot more respect for their professionalism than to suggest that is even a possibility.

You went into Jerry Angelo there for a minute. Being on time is important, but shouldn't have any affect on any teammates unless a player walks in after they already have tipped off. I'm sure they called and said they were on their way and just caught in traffic or whatever lame excuse. I always call to make sure the waiting individual is aware and is not waiting around like an idiot.

That didn't conflict with Game 6 of the Mavericks -- Jazz series?
