I'm hoping that we will get "Recharged-Post Vacation Terry" where he is good at his job and doesn't drag the show down. I'm hoping!

It's good radio when TB is interested and engaged. I give it about two hours until Dan sucks the life out of him.

I'll have the rundown for today's show coming up. In the meantime, Bernsy talks about the Chicago National League Ballclub being "Really Bad" at baseball in his column. You'll find that here:

You know what happened as well? The Pacers totally choking, playing awful defense, bad passes, too many turnovers, not scoring, technical fouls and just generally shitting their pants all over the place.

Christ almighty, LeBron was great, but the Pacers had a lot to do with the Heat winning that series.

Did Goff even watch the games?

Here's the Tuesday game plan with the guys...

*3:30p: "The Second Half"

That's all they've got...right now.

Matt Rodewald has "Scoreboard Updates" this afternoon on the "B & B Show". The guys are done at 5:35p to make room for Chris Rongey's White Sox Radio Network pregame in advance of White Sox/Rays from Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, FL. After the Ranger's "Xfinity Feedback Zone Postgame", Wayne Randazzo, will "Randazzle" Chicago sports fans until Midnight when Les Grobstein & Adam Harris have "SCORE Overnight".

Christ almighty, that didn't take long.

Oh boy, no one in the world understands the depth of the Cubs rebuilding and everyone is mad that they are bad at baseball at the moment. What a shock, fans being upset that their favorite team sucks dick.

BernSTINE is exhausted by all of his attempts to explain to us idiots, at the elementary level, of just how complex and deep Saint Theo's rebuilding process is. Because the Chicago fan has no fucking clue. Thank god BernSTINE is here to save us all.

PTFB.

SomeGuy, Bernsie is right. Just read some of the Cub fans on this board.

I only see James Pasta clamoring for them to bring in people to win right now. Everyone else seems to be along for the ride.

But he isn't really right, RFDC. He just doesn't spend his money at the games. Imagine if it were Alinea or some restaurant bernstein likes that had gotten a little off track and Grant Achatz decided he was going to serve garbage for two or three years because that's what it took to straighten shit out. Do you think bernstein would think that was a good idea?

So, fans are upset that their favorite team is historically bad? How is that shocking?

And since when does some posters on CFSMB constitute an entire fandom? BERNstine is making it seem that every fan ever, even the dead ones and those in jail, want Theo's head on a pike for making the Cubs bad.

Many angles you could take with the subject of the Cubs rebuilding, this is just cheap, lazy schlock.

Is Dan going to take Kenny to task for his comments implying the Sox are better at baseball when more fans show up?

So Cubs fans are stupid for being enraged at the shitty product on the field. But they're also stupid for continuing to attend games and singing "Go Cubs Go" and possessing the temerity to clap when they get a walkoff win.

/confused

Dont be confused. You can't be happy when they win until it is a season that they are contending. You should be OK with the Cubs going 0-162 for the next 2 years and then winning the next 15 World Series titles in a row.

That's exactly how Theo drew it up.

Just ask BeRNstine.

Will someone let me know when it's OK to go to a game again?

Opening Day 2015 when they are raising the banner on their 2nd WS title in a row. Until they win 2 in a row you cant be happy.

I'm officially PTFB for today. I hate it when people end sentences in 'at' when 'where' begins the sentence. It's redundant and extremely annoying. Terry did this multiple times earlier. A few minutes ago, Dan corrected the Score Search ad by moving 'at' from the end to mid-sentence. Terry then mmmm hmmmed in agreement and confirmed that one should never end a sentence that way. Shut the F up, old man. Go back to France.

I just want everyone to know that there were actually 14 posts since 12:58pm... Starting threads @ 8am to gain cheap comment totals is lame... This show sucks.
