Having you stopped pissing yourself yet? That should have been a clear indication you had a problem.
As far as your life, I don't give a fuck and many others don't find it entertaining either.

This is therapy for many, some to kiss your ass and others to tell it as they see it. You don't like it, PTFB. I fail to see why anybody on this earth would take advice from you, an admitted drug abusing drunk with anger issues. I'd suggest you go get real help for your issues, not some out patient vacation, but real help. You truly need it.

I have to disagree. Hood has a good sense of humor and he can do some good impersonations, but he is lacking in preparation too often. By that, I mean he is too often uninformed about the subject matter he is supposed to discuss. I am amazed that he has stayed in this market at all, and not at all surprised the Score showed him the door.

Really? I always found Hood to be one of the few guys who DOES do enough show prep

1. thanks for the update Mac. Hope you are doing well.

2. Tellander was/is a talented guy who was doing sports talk when hood was playing T-Ball, so I'm not sure what his problem was. Jelous of all the books, SI, ESPN, football glory?

Heard what, the Tellander thing? I heard it. Not good, awkward. What, did it last a month? No wonder it failed when his own team mates were undermining him.

Not really. Mac posts here honestly-- almost to a fault-- while a lot of other guys on the radio like to pretend this board doesn't exist.

We know they are reading (and maybe even posting), because we will read/post something here, and then hear it on the air just a few minutes later, or maybe the following day. That happens FAR too often to be just coincidence.

Mac has always been open and honest with everyone here and he really he doesn't need to be. I appreciate that honesty when in all actuality all I ask from him is to entertain me, which he has done for almost 10 years now. Fuck the haters like Sid and Gloopan and anyone else that wants to hate on him for being an open book.

Mac, I try to listen as much as I can get away with everyday. The show has been better than ever
this week, maybe due to recharged batteries and time with your boys. Whatever the case keep it
up and best of luck beating back the demons.

What are you basing this on?

You're worried Hood doesn't prepare for his show but Mac is your hero and two years ago when John Wall was the biggest name in college basketball(sports?) Mac didn't even know who he was. I don't follow baseball or the NHL too much but I know who Bryce Harper and even someone like Ryan Nugent is. If it was my job to talk about sports for a living I'm sure I'd even have an opinion on them.

Yes. The John Wall thing was pretty sad. You don't need to watch every game or know his stats from high school or whatever but at least know who the biggest name in college basketball is.

It isn't asking all that much.

Nice read Mac but Howard Stern is doing some of the worst radio of his career.

Appreciated the financial candor he wrote, and yes Stern has been an awful fucking listen for awhile now.

I don't think America's Got Talent is gonna be calling you anytime soon Mackeyfish.

And I will pose the quesiton anotherway: Is the Score paying you more than $200k? Simple yes or no.

Mac, once again, sports radio is so bad in Chicago that you ought to own that town. You can continue to surround yourself with the ALS douchebags telling you how great you are while you continue to mail it in. There is a huge opportunity there that you are too lazy to seize.

Your desire to find out exactly what Mac makes is reaching obsessive levels.

No it's not. That has been known from the beginning and why he was originally believed to be Jurko having some fun with Dan.

I'm not a real fan, according to Hampton's Howie.

Stern has become everything that he once mocked.

what's funny about that title is that it goes all the way back to...well, at least for me, howard stern's BB back in '04...when he took it down some of my MB buddies started their own howard stern BB and mocked hampton howie an awful lot...8 years ago. this was when artie was still on the show even.
