The plane upside down was a great way to end that preview. I'm a Denzel Washington fan and I really do believe that he is one of the top 2 or 3 actors of this generation.

He's made a few really good movies, and then an equal split of shit and good. Overall, if he is in a movie, there is a good chance that you will at least be entertained. But, I agree, he isn't a groundbreaking actor or anything like that. Just does a good job and puts out a good product.

I saw his last two,Taking of 911 (W Travolta) and the other Train movie with that new Capt.Kirk guy. He was good in the first and the second he just walked through it. His character was very cornballish in that one.

I liked the Travolta movie...Unstopabble was very corny.
Do yourself a favor...skip it. They give him two hot daughters who work at Hooters,for the sole reason of making his charectar more endearing. He later is seen leaping from train car to car like Spiderman. Very dumb.

In regards to Sam,he does one thing well: Playing himself. Much like John Wayne & Clint Eastwood & Harrison Ford,etc,etc.

People love stars not actors. Sometimes you get both.
