I think Bernsy was referring to the graphic testimony already being mentioned in Day 1 of the Sandusky Trial, too graphic for broadcast. He also mentioned possible new trouble according to NBC News for ex-Penn State President Spanier based on what I've heard to this point.

On a separate note, CBSSports.com's Jon Heyman is tweeting that the Cubs' deal for OF Jorge Soler is 9 years, $30 million.

SHARK, you know damn well that stuff happens on the show.

But carry on.

Are you referring to the testimony in the Sandusky Trial?

I'm referring the tone this show takes with this topic in general.

It's not a pleasant subject, but it has to be told.

By every major news organization in the country.

Again Terry is right. Cubs could be good in two years IF they try to be.

He's getting brow-beaten to the death, so I think I missed that.

Bernsy is encouraging listeners to go to SportsByBrooks.com to follow the graphic, disgusting details of Day 1 testimony in the Sandusky Trial.

I don't think that's coming. I don't think SCORE Production Director Russ Mitera will be doing so either for that matter.

I'm a very casual sports fan at best, so I don't listen to B&B for sports talk, I listen to be entertained and despite my best efforts I also learn some stuff about sports along the way. If they're gonna cover the Sandusky trial anywhere near as much as I think, I'll actually have to start listening to the podcasts (I can't listen at work and only pick up the last hour or so when I get off of work). From listening to them screaming for Sandusky's head on a platter, to making fun of Paterno and the people of PA, to 3rd grade humor like sodomy jokes, I find their talk about this subject to be highly entertaining, as strange as that might make me sound LOL

Here's what Bernsy was referring about potential new trouble for ex-Penn State President Graham Spanier...

Shark, he seems way too interested and over invested in this topic. Is his interest in the case due to a guilty conscience? Of course he is similarly obsessed with CTE.

I think it has to do with how big of a creep Jerry Sandusky was, let alone Penn State University's lousy response to a very disturbing story involving underaged boys. It's that cringe-worthy.

It's like when you called someone "gay", and they get all crazy and deny it like mad. "Dost protest too much".

I'm not trying to be an ass but what exactly are you saying BernSTINE engaged in to give himself a guilty conscience?

Yes. But anyone who has ever rooted against him* is a bad basketball fan who should stick their face in a deep fryer.

*Unless they rooted against him between July 8, 2010 and May 26, 2011 BECAUSE THAT'S DIFFERENT

Speaking of Matty, he's the subject of the next episode of "The SCORE's Interrogation Room" on 670 The SCORE's page at CBSchicago.com.
