I enjoyed the first one. The pessimist in me thinks this will suck as do most sequels.......Fugitive 2 for example.

That being said, I'll check it out when it comes to Red Box.

It's a B movie. Neeson is a fine actor. I'll see it.

The one franchise that improves with each movie: Mission: Impossible.

I thought the first two Mission Impossible movies were garbage. MI-3 was great. Phillip Seymour Hoffman is the man. Havent seen MI-4 yet.

M:I 4 was pure adventure. Some crazy action sequences but they were fresh, nothing old here. The chase in the sandstorm was great.

Agree with JP's assessment of MI for the most part...although I would say it goes MI4>MI3>MI>MI2...

Yeah, MI2 was absolutely terrible. The first one was okay.

They were pretty smiliar on the suck scale for me...

...tie breaker was music...first one gave us the Mission Impossible theme done by Adam Clayton and Larry Mullen Jr.

Mission Impossible 2 gave us shitty songs from Limp Bizkit and Metallica.

A young Phil McCracken was more devestated by Emilo Estevez dying the 1st half our of the first Mission Impossible than when Steven Segal bit it in the first act of Exectuive Decision

Mission Impossible is a poor mans' James Bond. I hope in Taken 2 we see more of his friends. Seems like would be cool to see him work within a group.

Taken 1 was such a good B movie. Everything about that movie just screamed B movie though. I'll watch this when it comes out on DVD though. His daughter in the first one just annoyed the piss out of me so much that it almost ruined the movie for me.

Looks awesome. I like how he's fighting the bum from Batman Begins/bad guy from The Saint, plus Maggie Grace is looking hot as shit.

I had the same reaction that the chick in the Matrix does right before they pull out the brain jack.
