You are correct with Simon and Simon. The first version from season 1 was kinda gay but from the 2nd season on it rocked.

Andy Griffith. Bewitched. I dream of jeannie. Hogan's heroes.Dick van dyke. Sorry I'm old but I can still hum all of these.
newer: seinfeld. Price is righter. J
eopardy. They really don't do Tv themes anymore. Just a couple bars and the show starts.

I think that's more of an accompanying narrative.

Hmm.

Good point. I'd still consider The Simpsons an instrumental.

Need a ruling Zack.

no, you were right to include "the simpsons". it is primarily an instrumental theme. same with "twilight zone" even though it has narration.

these themes are known for the orchestral impact...you don't hum "theee simmmpsssoonnnss", you hum the theme part. same with "twilight zone".

EPIC FAIL in leaving off the Rockford Files

No Mission Impossible or Wild Wild West?

No Lone Ranger?

No Clutch Cargo?

Honorable Epic Fail for leaving off Miami Vice
