I'm sure Billy has assembled some great talents to play his music. He tried releasing a Billy Corgan solo album, and it was a massive flop. The only reason he brought back the Smashing Pumpkins name was so people would still pay attention to him due to nostalgia reasons. He's still a turd and this isn't Smashing Pumpkins.

There should be a rule that when you've lost more than 50% of your original lineup, you can no longer use the band name. It would definitely make the 80's hair metal state fair tour attractions interesting. "Hey honey, let's go see Jani Lane at Rib Fest" "Who?"

Billy hired talented musicians to play on the Future Embrace tour.

Well, then the band should have never existed. Because originally the Smashing Pumpkins was Billy and a drum machine. then Billy, James, and a drum machine. then Billy, James, D'Arcy, and a drum machine...

He is a turd, but I wouldn't dismiss this album entirely. It's one of the first to actually feature the band members. It's the best rhythm section he's ever had. The bass is such a departure from all previous albums.

Douchebag and his Wife danced to Far Behind at their Wedding. And they played You for the super long intro dance thing they did.

After they came out to Gary Glitter

Summer of 69 was played during the Cake Cutting Ceremony

No

Nothing about going to Joliet, especially if it involves rednecks turning circles, sounds remotely interesting.

I told you to not tell anyone.

...And Gary Glitter rocks. That whole kid touching thing really destroyed his reputation.

This record gets lost in the shuffle by virtue of coming out between two masterpieces, "The Clash" and "London Calling. This would be a lot of band's best album.

To be fair, Boyd is a bit of a penis. Btw, are you still with the cat's guardian?
