I like how at some point they decided to go with the Univision / Telemundo plan. If female talent moves on we''ll just cherry picker from smaller markets for something a little hotter, a little younger and if possible exotic looking.
I believe the plan for the males is:
Must work cheap
Must be creepy and / or weird looking.

I suggest they go all female and just admit that they're the news version of a breastraunt like Tilted Kilt or Twin Peeks.

Are you referring to Stefan Holt? He's the son of former CBS2 anchor and NBC News' "Weekend Today"/"Weekend Nightly News" anchor Lester Holt.
