I liked the episode where the dad thought he was really cool for going to a Wilco concert at the Vic.

Actually, "The Ropers" was a short-lived spinoff of "Three's Company" that aired for 2 seasons on ABC in 1979-80. Needless to say, it didn't last long. Just 28 episodes of this sitcom were ever made, but it did introduce a future co-star of "The Larry Sanders Show" in Jeffrey Tambor. On "The Ropers", he played Helen & Stanley's snobbish realtor/neighbor.

Yet you felt the need to tell us twice that it didn't last long.

No, that's a bad sitcom. Jenna Fischer kind of hit a wall, too. Not much margin for error when you get famous for being attainably cute, I guess.

Oh I see. And The Ropers is comedy genius.

While many consider "Seinfeld" to be one of the funniest sitcoms of the '90s, despite the head-scratcher of a series finale, co-stars such as Jason Alexander & Michael Richards appeared to swing & miss on post-"Seinfeld" shows that they starred in before Julia Louis-Dreyfus seemed to have success with "The New Adventures of Old Christine" up until a year or two ago. Don't ask me why it was called "The New Adventures of Old Christine", let alone "That '70s Show"...

It remains to be seen if stars from "The Office" once it leaves the air completely have what appear to be the kind of success Steve Carell appears to have had since he left.

I didn't say that, fitness friend.

You kind of lost yourself in this sentence. Were you on the phone while you were typing it? I've done that.

Actually, I'm not sure if the stars of "The Office" will be successful when that show leaves in the next year or two...

Ed Helms, Jenna Fischer, and John Krasinski are already pretty well established independent of The Office. I don't really expect anyone else to get to that level. Rainn Wilson? I know he was in a movie but nah

Good one. Why is Balky there? Did he take over Kickboxer's role?

Pretty much. He was a hairdresser at the mom's at home studio.

Christine Lakin is/was a piece of ass.

I think Suzanne Somers is in her 60s now. Hard to believe that's the same woman who played "Chrissy" on "Three's Company" & the mom on "Step by Step". That's the Friday night ABC sitcom from some 2 decades ago in that photo...

Have you seen her lately? She is still insanely hot. Saw her a couple months on the "Child Stars against Kirk Cameron" video.

It wasn't just the original from the mid '70s. Does anyone remember the spinoff "What's Happening Now" circa 1985? That was just as mediocre, if not worse...

Yeah, WKRP was inspired. Radio pretty much was that ridiculous in the 1970s.

If I remember correctly, he got axed from the show because he hit his wife.
