Short answer is Dan read an article that stated Castro, at this point in his career, has a 44% chance of being a HoF. This is based off his stats at his current age, compared to similar players at the same age. That was the gist, right? Nothing saying he WILL be, but he's on a trajectory to be.

While stats say one thing about Starlin Castro, there's no guarantee he'll be at SS when the Cubs get good under this Theo Epstein/Jed Hoyer regime. Those talks about Castro eventually moving to 3B or 2B will start up again, especially when the Cubs get the "MLB on FOX" or "ESPN Sunday Night Baseball" treatment. That argument isn't going away.
