I wish ESPN, ESPNnews, and First Take would cover Clemens and the Yankees/Red Sox series. This is getting to be a joke. I thought it was bad last year.

80% of all ESPN baseball broadcasts are Yankee games. Monday and Wenesday are their national games. It's always Yankees.

I guess in the end that's where they get the biggest ratings. So they'll choose Yankees over everybody else. I must admit. I flip to Yankee games on ESPN more then when they have other teams. I always look for Jeter and ARod at bats. So I guess that proves they make the right decision.

Ok, I guess I stand corrected. I just think they go way to far with it, but thats just me. It is not even a race. The Mets and Braves are only 2.5 apart from each other. Instead they show teams that were 10.5 out. I love watching Jeter bat also but this yankees/red sox thing is just getting old.

The Mets and Braves were on TBS yesterday. They are on TBS again today.

I hear what you're saying. Yes. The Clemens in the minor league coverage is over kill. But the Yankees have that apeal and ESPN wants to make money. But its fun to see them lose too. Then they show close ups of Torre and Cashman.

I'm watching the Sox mostly but flip to a Yankee game more when they are on. They just have that appeal.

I'm in the crowd that says it's overkill. I am a baseball nut and will watch just about any game that's on. I understand there are very few like me, but Yankees-Red Sox was overhyped before the season began. Enough of this already. I've seen a couple games between these two already. I don't need to see a game every time they meet. I would like to see some other teams from time to time.

Ok I am sure they get good ratings like you say or they would not be on as much. I heard Berman on so I had to pull for the Yanks. Remember Berman yelling "OH NO" when Tony G. missed that ball in the playoffs? Is there anything worse then Berman doing the home run derby? His 100 times he has to say " back, back, back."

Yes I remember. Anything Berman does is bad.

There is a difference with me. The actual Yankee games and the talk. The talk is way too God damn much. The radio talk and the Sports Center coverage is over the top and there are alot of better stories and good teams.

But like I said, the Yankee games I don't mind. I like watching the Yankees. Not a fan. But they are just a team you are drawn too. I like seeing them lose. I like watching ARod and Jeter bat. It's just that simple.
