Are they going to win the division at 13-3 or will the Packers be as good as last year and the Bears have to settle for the wild card?

I can see 3 10+ win teams coming out of the North this year. My objective opinion is the Packers are the favorites but the Bears will win the division if the offense stays healthy. I'm thinking no worse than 12-4 and possibly 14-2.
