No-Trade provisions cover any sort of transferred contract from one team to another.


Ranger could conceivably use him as well, and if they foresee letting Hamilton walk, could easily fit his contract in going forward. Dodger seem to be throwing money around under the Kasten group. They just paid like $40MM+ for an unproven Cuban. I could easily seeing LA claiming him.

Now the question is if they are on the no trade list. They would probably have to trade Sands and either Lee or Webster to get him unless the Phills want out of the huge contract.
