Have your pencils & scorecards ready. When FOX Sports starts up a new season of the "NFL on FOX" next month, viewers will notice 3 additions to the network's broadcasts, but a big loss to its "FOX NFL Sunday" pregame show.

FOX Sports' President, Co-COO & Executive Producer Eric Shanks announced the additions of former St. Louis Rams' Head Coach & former San Francisco 49ers & Chicago Bears' Offensive Coordinator Mike Martz, along with former Seattle Seahawks & New England Patriots' FB Heath Evans as new color analysts for the upcoming season. The network has also announced that Erin Andrews, who will serve as host of the network's new college football pregame show from their Los Angeles studios with new analysts Joey Harrington & Eddie George starting September 1st, will also be a big part of the "NFL on FOX" as well.

Andrews' "NFL on FOX" duties will begin with the annual Thanksgiving Day game between the Washington Redskins & Dallas Cowboys Thursday, November 22nd @ 3:15P from Cowboys Stadium. She'll be part of the crew headlined by Joe Buck, Troy Aikman & sideline reporter Pam Oliver for that game, as well as the NFC Playoffs. For Joe, Troy & Pam, it seems hard to believe, but this will be their 11th straight season as "NFL on FOX's" lead broadcast team. They'll have the call of the San Francisco 49ers/Green Bay Packers' game on Sunday, September 9th as part of an Opening Week twinbill on the network.

As for Martz & Evans, they'll be assigned to Ron Pitts & Sam Rosen respectively. Pitts & Martz' first "NFL on FOX" game is the September 9th Carolina Panthers/Tampa Bay Buccaneers' game, while Rosen & Evans will be on the call for the Seattle Seahawks/Arizona Cardinals' game that same Sunday afternoon.

But wait...there's more. Kenny Albert, Daryl "Moose" Johnston & Tony "Goose" Siragusa return for another "NFL on FOX" season as the #2 crew. They'll have Robert Griffin III's regular season debut when the Washington Redskins face Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints on Opening Weekend.

As for the other "NFL on FOX" teams...

3. Thom Brennaman, Brian Billick & Laura Okmin (Sidelines)
4. Dick Stockton, John Lynch & Jennifer Hale (Sidelines)
5. Chris Myers, Tim Ryan & Jaime Maggio (Sidelines)
6. Sam Rosen & Heath Evans
7. Ron Pitts & Mike Martz

Although coverage starts as always with "FOX NFL Sunday", hosted by Curt Menefee, with Terry Bradshaw, Howie Long, Jimmy Johnson & Michael Strahan from the network's L.A. studios 1 hour before kickoff at 11A (CT), complete with FOXSports.com's Jay Glazer & Rules Analyst Mike Pereira also part of the mix, there is one notable omission this year. Frank Caliendo, whose catalog of impressions & picks became a staple of the show in recent years, won't be providing comic relief when the pregame kicks off September 9th. Just like last year, Pereira's expertise will come in handy in any "NFL on FOX" broadcast whenever a questionable call occurs.

If you really want to feel old, since FOX Sports was born in 1994, only Bradshaw, Long, Albert, Stockton & Pitts have been with the network since day 1. This is FOX's 19th NFL season, with Oliver starting her 18th, Rosen's 17th, Buck's 15th, Aikman & Johnston's 12th, Brennaman's 10th, Glazer & Siragusa's 9th & Myers' 8th seasons calling & analyzing the "NFL on FOX". Hard to believe...
