Don't get me wrong. I don't think Bernstein ordered this attack on Mac. I think it's Goff and Larry acting on their own for whatever reason. They've gone rogue. Nevertheless, if Mac retaliates, you know damn well they'll run to Bernstein for cover and hide behind him. Meaning they'll use Bernstein's show to fight back.

If Godfather Bernstein doesn't arrange for a sit-down, blood will most likely be shed on the airwaves come Monday. His henchman went rogue, stepped over the line with his antics. Bernstein knows Mac can be dangerous, so there's no way he'd endorse the behavior that Goff has exhibited. Every Dan Manneeeeeel that is uttered by Goff is the equivalent of Billy Batts telling Tommy, "go get your shine box!". We all know how that ended.

The person who turns this into the best parody song, as judged by CSFMB, will win a carton of Marlboro lights, fishing gear and a life time supply of crackers and meatballs.
