Think Ozzie's first season as Miami Marlins' manager has been a disaster? Well, Showtime Sports has now pulled the plug on the latest season of "The Franchise: A Season with the Miami Marlins".

The reality series, a collaboration between Showtime Sports & MLB Productions, was supposed to follow the Marlins for at least 8 episodes. This Wednesday's episode will be the last, based in large part on the Marlins' disasterous season in which the team currently has a 55-67 record and occupies the NL East cellar, a whopping 20 1/2 games behind the Washington Nationals. Team president David Samson said that the team's awful season played a big role in the team's decision to pull the plug on "The Franchise". The series had followed the San Francisco Giants a season ago.

Well, he's the Marlins' problem now. Might that goofy owner fire Ozzie after 1 season like he did Joe Girardi?

Nah..Guillen will get another season and then get canned...On a side note ..I saw that trivia gameshow on Comcrap...absolutely horrible.

If you could care less, it means you must care a little bit. You have care to spare. If you couldn't care less, you don't care. Stretch it out: "I could not care any less than I do, which is to say I don't, about Joe Cowley."

It's a tough one because about 50% of people get it right and 50% get it wrong. Like the incorrect "free reign" instead of the correct "free rein."
