Beardown: Think about it. It starts out as just this one day where Pappy subs on the Mac show. Then he becomes a regular sub for Mac. This takes away some of Larry's and Goff's shine when they were the regular subs. It's more than just that. North starts to shmooze Mitch and Zim a little with his guinea charm. Maybe the meatball Score listeners start to push for it. Boom!!!! Pappy gets the next day part opening at the Score instead of Larry or Goff. Get it? Not only do they hate him. Personally, being of Italian descent, I find that term quite insulting.
