The real issues is the wasted $ on all he admin..these fat lazy fucks eat lunch/fuck off and have expense accounts to abuse while teachers are grinding it out with bad ass kids who do not respect the teachers...they do not want to hear a teacher can't handle a punk and should shut up n deal with it ...less students = less $ to abuse and siphon from the fund.

Rahm should replace the ones that are unwilling to work...I believe the funding per student is in the neighborhood of 10k..I am confident you can get more return on your investment then the current situation.

I could see that from you, but what would you do when they start gossiping, or talking about American Idol for 15 minutes? There is a good deal of diplomacy over inane bullshit that they can be seemingly consumed by. It's hard and you don't really have anything else or feel any sort of accomplishment from day to day.
