Guys, let's not forget Adam Dunn has been sidelined for the last 5 games due to an oblique injury.

That being said, I'm tired of the Dewayne Wise experiment as well. What's wrong with putting Paul Konerko in the #3 spot and shuffling the lineup as long as Dunn remains out?

He has twice as many hits, HR, and RBI as Konerko in the last 5 games.

Not a #3 hitter. Dewayne Wise should be lower in the lineup, and the same for Kevin Youkilis. If it were up to me, Alejandro De Aza leads off with 2B Gordon Beckham batting 2nd. It worked earlier this season and I'd try it again.

He sure did. He retired the final 14 batters he faced. Doug's only 2 hits in 7 innings...Solo homers by Dewayne Wise & Gordon Beckham. That's all the White Sox had.

Doug Fister was...Justin Verlander-esque last night.

He dominated White Sox hitters last night.

And that's what pissed me off. He was dominant but made 2 huge mistakes and let the White Sox get a 2-0 lead....which was then totally pissed away by Jake Peavy.

When it isn't your night and you still end up getting a 2-0 lead heading into the 5th.....YOU CAN'T LAY A MEATBALL RIGHT OUT OVER THE PLATE WITH A MAN ON BASE.

WHAT THE FUCK.

Jake Peavy's problem has been two-fold. One, he continues to throw a lot of pitches per start. He had just over 100 pitches in 5 2/3 innings last night. Two, his White Sox teammates haven't scored a lot of runs for him.

By FISTING them. Because his name is Doug FISTER and that's what he does.

Fuck him. He had a 2 run lead to work with and choked like a fuckface. He threw a meatball right now the middle of the plate.

If you can't rely on Jake Peavy, which White Sox pitcher do you have ANY faith in right now to give them a quality start? Gavin Floyd? Good Gavin better show up tonight. Francisco Liriano? No. Jose Quintana? Not sure. Chris Sale? Unchartered waters for him, too.

Despite 2 hits in each of the first 2 games of this series, 2B Gordon Beckham is NOT in tonight's lineup and neither is LF/DH Dayan Viciedo either. BOTH Beckham & Viciedo hit .333 lifetime vs. Scherzer, yet aren't in tonight's starting 9. The changes are in BOLD type.
