You think the Bears would like to have Kyle Orton back right now instead of Jay Cutler? Orton's now holding a clipboard in Dallas, where the Bears will be 10/1 on ESPN's "Monday Night Football". It so happens to be the next game after Sunday's home game vs. the Rams.

Eh...you're not really getting younger or anything.

Id take Luck, but your pretty much rebuilding at that point. I think the Bears have a shot this year.

Not listening but they are debating trading Cutler for Luck?

Of course the Bears would do that. There's about 4 QBs in the NFL you wouldn't trade for Luck. That's a ridiculous discussion.

Not to mention how unrealisitc it is.

How is this different than the lunatic suggestions they mock (trade for Pujols! Get Sabathia!)

The whole premise is asenine though. IF and thats a big IF, the Colts were to do it that means that Cutler's value is worth the top pick in the draft. If that is his value than why would you want to trade that for a what if scenario in Luck?

I must have missed the trip everyone took on the DeLorean where we all saw how amazing Luck is going to be.

Because Luck is the best prospect in 15 years according to most?

Why gamble on next year's draft?

This is so stupid

I don't know about that. Tony Romo always seems to rack up solid stats, but has NEVER won the big game in his career in Dallas. Not sure he ever will, even if the Cowboys extend his contract beyond this season as rumored.

And experts debated about picking Leaf over Manning. Alex Smith was a #1 pick who is just starting to finally pan out. Nothing is a given in the NFL, regardless of what people say before the draft.

Ryan Leaf, at last check, isn't in the NFL after 1 miserable season in San Diego. As for Alex Smith, I heard the word "BUST" mentioned in the same sentence with the former #1 overall pick until this past season in San Francisco. It doesn't always work.

Someone call in and ask if the Sox can trade for Trout.

Why the hell would the Colts trade Andrew Luck for Jay Cutler? Is this something Bernsie suggested?

Just fun bar stool sports talk. I'm digging it. Matt Ryan for Cutler is one friends and I like to debate.

Tough to swallow when they've spent a decade-plus shitting on barstool sports talk.

Yeah this sounds more like a Meat and Mac show discussion that gets mocked at 2:00PM.

Weren't these 2 clowns all giddy when the Bears made the trade with the Broncos for Jay Cutler initially? How giddy are they now?

Where is Goff? Not that I'm complaining. Who's going to repeatedly call Bernstein a jerk?

Yes... They were giddy after week one too. Lovie is also a great coach.

And I see they found another clip the hyper-focus on all show. I wish they'd stop doing that. That must be a radio thing. Howard Stern does it too.

Robert Griffen is and will be better than Luck.

I am still very happy to have Jay Cutler on the Bears.
