Starts Sunday. From the teaser trailer it looks like Dexter doesn't full reveal who he is to Deb...yet. And at some point LaGuerta finds a blood slide that will reopen the Bay Harbor Butcher plot. And that creepy intern is back who had that arm from the evidence lab. Can't be any worse than last season. But I thought that last year about season 5.

I though season 5 was pretty bad and coming after arguably the best season did it absolutely no favors. Trinity was great.
I thought season 6 picked up a bit. Hanks was a creepy little SOB

This season looks like its gonna be better though. It would be good if Deb gets killed already. She is annoying as fuck. Her death would probably send Dexter over the edge...

Yes, there's a lot of that in Dexter. As always, the story is how he copes with the building pressure. I see Deb is not a complete dope (last scene episode 1.) I'm trying to figure out how they play it. E.g., does she become the book version of Deb, who knows/accepts what Dex is? You play it any other way, and she has to strapped to the table.

Sure, lots of improbable kills, but the most unlikely thin from the other night was LaGuerta finding the slide. That was right under the table and would have been covered with soot/ash/etc. She picked it up like it fell on the floor if the lab.

Hell of and ending too.

Any episode with Lithgow, Styles or Hanks sucked fat dick...3 awful casts and I think they killed Sgt Dokes off too soon..he was a good character and should have taken longer to figure Dexter out and stuck around for a minute.

I watched this show when it was on network tv for a year and then picked it back up last season.
I like it enough to give this season a chance. It was a good episode number 1. There is something
about Deb that bothers me to, maybe the bad acting. I definitely would though. Interesting end to
the episode, should be interesting how it all plays out.

I see the writers are eager to continue with the trend of the previous two seasons. Dexter murdering the Ukranian in the airport was unshockingly shoddy writing. I am pleased we finally have Dexter telling Deb everything about himself. I wager LaGuerta finds herself on Dexter's table during this season.

I do like the tension between him and Louis. And a guy did get killed with a screwdriver through the eye in this episode.

There may be bigger issues, but the idea that he's living with Deb while his son stays with the apparently now 24 hour nanny is just stupid. I thought they would just mention that the kid was staying with the grandparents for a while.

The writers should have had Trinity kill the kid. All he adds to the show is another layer of implausibility to many of the story lines.

No. You need to keep the hot babysitter around and show her naked.

I loved the first Season. Season 2 was just as good to me. So far, Season 3 is a bit slow (I think I'm on episode 4 or 5.....maybe 6) and it's moving kind of slow. I'll keep it going on the advice of Darkside...
